Obwohl diese Auffassung insofern etwas für sich hat, als sie für den Geschädigten vorteilhaft wäre, ist doch darauf hinzuweisen, daß im allgemeinen System des Übereinkommens das Bestreben, das "forum actoris" und folglich - denn so leicht ist ein Wohnsitzwechsel - das "forum shopping" zu verbieten, viel stärker ist als der Gedanke eines Vorteils für den Geschädigten ( 55 ).
